Great week with family. Stair lift was helpful so mom had access to whole house. Plenty of deer for kids to watch. Downtown Jim Thorpe a big hit, with attractions for old and young. Whitewater rafting, 70 min train ride thru mountain, and even saw a black bear for a hi light ! Samuel responds in 30 mins, but no real issues to respond to. Pet friendly.

Had a wonderful time at this home. Theater was a hit and with 10 people there was more than enough space for everyone to spend time together or in smaller groups. Was a bit rainy during our stay but the house came with plenty of board games! Samuel is a great host and was very responsive from booking until after the end of our stay. Would highly recommend!

My family of 8 spent 3 nights at this AirBnB and everyone loved it. It was clean, spacious, included access to the local pool and lake, with the highlight being the theatre room. Samuel was also a great host - very responsive. I highly recommend staying here!

Great stay! Gave our family the flexibility of nights at home and days out at the lake and pool. We appreciated all the handicap accommodations, this home made it possible to get away as a family which is hard to do when you need handicap accommodations for mobility. Highly recommend the Jim Thorpe train ride in town! Host was VERY responsive and probably the most of top of things compared to other air bnb’s we’ve stayed in. Looking forward to returning.

Private retreat. Fantastic movie theatre that was a big hit with everyone. Loved watching the deer and the birds. Helpful amenities if you have mobility issues. Samuel was responsive and caring-a great host!

This Airbnb exceeded all expectations! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The host was friendly, responsive, and thoughtful—every little detail was taken care of. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. I genuinely didn’t want to leave! I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. Highly recommended!

Had a great time staying at Samuel's place with friends. Such a welcoming host. He was quick to respond to any comments or concerns, and was proactive in keeping us informed if something was going on within the neighborhood. Place was clean, quite, spacious and fun. The Home Theater was perfect and everything I had hoped for! I'd definitely consider staying here again in the future!

The host was extremely responsive and replied quickly to any questions I had, which made the experience even better. I especially loved the home theater, it was a fantastic touch. My family and I stayed here for spring break and to visit family in the area. The house was perfect! We enjoyed watching deer in the yard, playing games, doing puzzles. And of course watching movies in the theater room! The house was spacious and clean with all the amenities. Samuel was a great host, he proactively provided tons of information about the house and the area. We will definitely stay here again!
